Before production, we will:

• Ensure specifications are clearly agreed

Production will only begin after your final approval.

2. Quality Issues

If there is a verified quality issue, we will:

• Provide replacement parts, or
• Offer a reasonable solution based on the situation

3. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before production starts.
