Customization & Orders

Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

No strict MOQ! Whether you need a single bespoke piece for a personal project or a 500-unit fit-out for a commercial venue, we manufacture and ship directly to you. Please note that bulk orders naturally benefit from significantly lower freight costs per unit.

Can I use my exact brand colors and logo?

Absolutely. 100% Bespoke Branding is our specialty. We provide exact RAL color matching for all ironwork. Your logo is high-precision stenciled and baked directly into the finish—no cheap stickers—ensuring a premium, permanent industrial look.

What is the production lead time?

Because we own the factory floor, our turnaround time is industry-leading. Most standard custom orders are manufactured and ready for dispatch within 7 to 15 business days. Full-scale commercial projects are confirmed upon quotation.

Materials & Quality

Can I use this furniture outside? Will it rust?

Yes, our outdoor series is built for the elements. We treat our heavy-duty iron with an outdoor-grade, anti-rust powder coating. It is engineered to withstand rain, UV rays, and high-traffic use in outdoor patios or beer gardens without degrading.

How heavy and durable is the furniture?

This is authentic, heavy-duty commercial furniture—not lightweight, bolt-together pieces. Our fully welded iron frames are incredibly sturdy and designed to endure the relentless daily use of busy hospitality environments.

Shipping & Logistics

For most international commercial orders, we can provide a Total DDP door delivery quotation when the customer provides the delivery address, quantity, and product details.

The Total DDP price can include product cost, custom logo, safe export packaging, international shipping, customs clearance, taxes, and door delivery, depending on the confirmed quotation.

For some destinations or special products, shipping terms may vary. Please contact us for an accurate quote before placing an order.
