Factory-Direct Shipping & Lead Times

At JTF, every piece of our heavy-duty iron furniture is built to order. Because we specialize in custom colors and bespoke branding, we do not ship off-the-shelf products. Please review our timeline and shipping methods below to ensure your commercial project stays on schedule.

1. Production Lead Time

All orders require a dedicated production period for welding, powder-coating, and custom logo stenciling. Because we control the entire factory floor, we offer industry-leading turnaround times:

• Standard & Custom Orders: 7 to 15 business days.
• Bulk / Full Commercial Fit-Outs: Typically starting from 15 business days (confirmed upon quotation based on volume).

2. Shipping Methods & Transit Times

Due to the substantial weight and size of our iron furniture, we utilize specialized freight networks to ensure safe delivery:

• Standard Sea Freight (Global Wholesale): 25 to 40 days depending on the destination port. This is the most cost-effective method for bulk B2B orders.
• LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight: Used for regional overland deliveries.
• Express Air Freight: Available upon request for urgent or smaller items (additional fees apply).

3. Receiving Your Freight Order

All oversized freight deliveries are typically Curbside Delivery. The buyer is responsible for moving the items into the venue. Please thoroughly inspect all pallets and packaging for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt (BOL). If you notice damage, note it on the receipt and contact us immediately.
