Returns & Refunds

Because JTF specializes in bespoke, heavy-duty iron furniture tailored to your exact specifications, our return policy is strict to protect the custom manufacturing process.

1. Custom & Branded Orders (No Returns or Refunds)

Any item that includes custom RAL color matching, bespoke logo stenciling, or specific dimensional modifications is considered a Final Sale. Because these products are uniquely built for your venue, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for custom orders under any circumstances, unless there is a confirmed product quality issue.

2. Product Quality Issues & Defects

We stand behind our factory-direct craftsmanship. If your custom product arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., faulty welding, structural issues, or severe paint peeling not caused by normal wear):

• You must contact us at info@jtfoildrum.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Please provide a detailed description along with clear photos and videos of the quality issue.
• Once the defect is verified by our factory production team, we will promptly provide replacement parts, a full replacement, or an appropriate resolution at no extra cost to you.

3. Freight Damage in Transit

If your items arrive with structural damage caused by the freight carrier during transit, you must report it to us within 48 hours. Please provide photos of both the damaged items and the original pallet/packaging so we can quickly arrange replacements and file a carrier claim.
